The Baer Glass account doesn't have any "&" symbol in it, however it is not working. We have other accounts that are also having this problem. It seems the documents are viewable some of the time and not viewable other times. Thank you for your help!

Are there going to be any additions to the API?
I'd like to request a call that would initiate a method action set. If this isn't possible then can we get a call that would generate a report and pass the link in the response. We can then use the link for an email attachment.

The export to excel is a bigger problem right now. I ran a javascript debug window and came up with this. Does this give you anything useful?

The issue looks to be caused because the files you uploaded have a '&' in the name. I was able to duplicate this on my own Method account. You can disable MethodSupport now.
I will look into this issue and follow up, the quickest fix is to remove the '&' from any file you are trying to upload.

The only action in the button is Export Grid to Excel. I added an Export Grid to PDF button and I get the same error when using the portal. The buttons work fine when I am in signed into Method using the tabs in Method, but I need it to work in the portal for the employees.
