That's the thing. I am importing it. I tried it as a csv file as well as txt file.

jnairn - got your private message. There's no commas in there, so I'm guessing it's a copy and paste from Excel?  Really hard to figure out what's going on in there, as it came to me in one continuous line. Instead of a copy and paste from the clipboard can you try saving it as a CSV from Excel and importing it?   Paul

Good idea, LaCrews, I'll definitely keep that in mind as an option. The downside I see there is that your sent emails end up in your inbox (as opposed to the "sent" folder Outlook has), making it difficult to sort through past correspondence. Any other options out there?
