Hi Guys,
I wanted to chime in here since this already works on my end even with the Outlook plugin. I went into Method to send an email using one of our email templates, once the email was sent to the customer (my sample "Amy Smith" must hate me) I went back to Outlook and the email does appear in the sent items folder.

There's no commas in there, so I'm guessing it's a copy and paste from Excel? Really hard to figure out what's going on in there, as it came to me in one continuous line.
Instead of a copy and paste from the clipboard can you try saving it as a CSV from Excel and importing it?

Good idea, LaCrews, I'll definitely keep that in mind as an option.
The downside I see there is that your sent emails end up in your inbox (as opposed to the "sent" folder Outlook has), making it difficult to sort through past correspondence.
Any other options out there?

What is the API method to generate a dynamic Short URL action?
-
I noticed in the API you supportg PSIGate, and ElectraCash, but I do not see authorize.net.
In addition we are in need of ACH transactions as well, does Method ask for checking account info as a method of payment, or just credit cards?
TIA
