    I am using the import function. I am using importing to a Contacts table. I have tried the copy/paste funtion and also uploading a csv file and get errors eitiher way.&nbsp; the only time the import function has worked for me was when I used a Customer table but I definitely do not want to upload to a Customer table - just a contacts ...

    Katie, Only stages that have the category of &quot;Open&quot; will appear in the pipeline. &nbsp;Selecting stages with a category of &quot;Closed Won&quot; vs. &quot;Closed Lost&quot; really only affect reports you wish to generate down the road. &nbsp;For example, if you wanted to run a report for all the opportunities you lost in ...

    The closed stage selected is &quot;Closed Won&quot;. Does it have to be set to &quot;Closed Lost&quot; to move the opportunity out of the pipeline?

    Hi swm023- I am going to chime in here and hopefully clear up some confusion. I think you are filtering by the wrong field, you should probably be creating your filters based on the OpportunityStage field and not the OpportunityStageCategory field. For OpportunityStageCategory there only only 3 options &#39;Closed Won&#39;, &#39;Closed ...
