Is it possible, through actions, to force another screen (tab link) to reload? For example, on page A database values are updated that affect the display of page B. Can an action from page A cause page B to be refreshed so the new values are already displayed when the tab is selected?

Is this issue happening on an original Method screen or a customized Method screen. Can you please hover your mouse pointer over the New Opportunity tab link and let me know what information is appearing on the description rectangle box that pops up.

Just to update/add to this post. If you created an invoice in Method it should also appear in QB.
If you are using Method for QB Desktop, again make sure that the sync engine is running and connected. For Method for QB Online the changes should also sync over but I would double check the status of the sync here too just in case.

You can definitely delete invoices and an estimate in Method and Quickbooks and it will definitely make the proper changes in the other respective application.
