  • Assigned to filter on calendar screen

    Good morning How do I assign to only see active techs on my calendar screen. &nbsp;I have 20 techs but not all techs are active, I am sure I have to edit something. Also Hide button on the calendar is not working, when I click Hide nothing happens. &nbsp;This is not a custom screen Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks Jeet &nbsp;

  • Closed Opportunity

    The &quot;Closed Opportunity&quot; function does not seem to be working properly. We used the word &quot;closed&quot; in the stage name. The probability is then changed to 100%, but the pipeline still shows the original amount. Shouldn&#39;t the pipeline go back to $0 once an opportunity is closed? Thanks

    Skye, I&#39;m just guessing you might be importing a large number of records when you get this error. I&#39;m not sure I mentioned it in my other postings, but I found that if I break down large import files into several smaller files I could get good results on import.&nbsp; It&#39;s a bit tedious, but files with 200 to 300 records work much ...

    My guess from reading your question is that you signed up for the desktop version. There is nothing to install for QB Online version, so it would be a dead end.&nbsp; &nbsp; Try going to appcenter.intuit.com/method-CRM and signing up for a trial from there.&nbsp; You should be able to get started right away.&nbsp;
