The plug-in only works with Outlook 2007 and higher. Please refer to the following forum post HERE for compatabiliy and additional information on the Oulook Plug-in 2.0.

I'm having trouble with invoices. When I create a new invoice in Method it doesn't show up in Quickbooks. The customer is a customer in quickbooks and I'm selecting the "to be emailed in quickbooks" box when i create the invoice.

Hi m.guy,
I just wanted to let you know that the old screens from Method CRM Full Blown are no longer upgraded or supported. In order to be able to have the fix for this error message, you will need to update to Method CRM or Method CRM Pro.
