I'm having trouble with invoices. When I create a new invoice in Method it doesn't show up in Quickbooks. The customer is a customer in quickbooks and I'm selecting the "to be emailed in quickbooks" box when i create the invoice.

Bad news. The test email was sent and received properly. However, my test sending you an email failed again, with the same error message.

Hi m.guy,
I just wanted to let you know that the old screens from Method CRM Full Blown are no longer upgraded or supported. In order to be able to have the fix for this error message, you will need to update to Method CRM or Method CRM Pro.

To add to what Ronen has already mentioned, this might have to do with the fact that the QB tool your installing uses shared components that Method uses from QBFC. Once suggestion I have if this keeps happening is removing QBFC and the Method Engine, installing your QB tool and then re-installing Method.

Hi lvharris,
I just logged into your account and changed the e-mail settings under Customize > My Account and selected the radio box selection for SSL as well as no SSL. In both of those cases, I left the port field empty as well as added the port number for 465 and 587 and I wasn't able to send a test e-mail.
