Method Community

I'm having trouble with invoices.  When I create a new invoice in Method it doesn't show up in Quickbooks.  The customer is a customer in quickbooks and I'm selecting the "to be emailed in quickbooks" box when i create the invoice.

Hi m.guy,  I just wanted to let you know that the old screens from Method CRM Full Blown are no longer upgraded or supported. In order to be able to have the fix for this error message, you will need to update to Method CRM or Method CRM Pro.  I hope that this helps.  Ronen  

Karen, To add to what Ronen has already mentioned, this might have to do with the fact that the QB tool your installing uses shared components that Method uses from QBFC.  Once suggestion I have if this keeps happening is removing QBFC and the Method Engine, installing your QB tool and then re-installing Method. John I use to have the same issue. What I did was create a field in the activitiesjobitmes table called Phases.  I do landscape work so i want to group or as you would say choose where to create a new line item.  I would then put that new field in the itmes grid.
