I need to add an area for a shipping tracking number on the Method Invoice as well as a couple of other items.... can someone advise me?

When an email is sent using the Send Email action within Method, does Method keep track of the sent emails? If Method does keep track, where do I look to find the sent emails? If Method doesn't, is this a situation for the Outlook plugin?

Hi cfupham,
I just wanted to give you an update on that response. The tablet that you purchase from your carrier needs to support normal browser behaviour and you also need to log into Method using the "Mobile Sign-In" link on the Method log-in page.

All tablets on the market work with Method so you can go with whichever tablet your Verizon carrier has in its supply.

The software development kit is currently set-up to synch the First Name in the First Name field and Last Name in the Last Name field from Method to QuickBooks in the exact same order as it looks like in both the Method and QuickBooks applications.

When I enter a customer in Method, I enter the first name (JOHN), then last name (DOE), and that populates the Customer Name field above (JOHN DOE) - good so far. But when Method Synchs with QB, the customer name is JOHN DOE in my customer list - and not many companies sort/track their customers by first name. ...

In QuickBooks, if you go to Lists > Item List, and you select an item that is an item type that is an Inventory Part, when you open up that item, you should see a Cost and a Sale Price.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. But in my haste I forgot to make sure my custom table had the linked field to the SalesRep ID. I previously just had the Sales Rep name in there. Doh.
