Jay - everything that is available, is "standard" in the Field Services app already. I'm unaware of whether anyone has taken the advice in the thread and has made something that can be copied. Paul

 I'm in the same boat.  I do have the Method Outlook plugin displaying in my Control Panel under Add Remove programs and it says that I have version 2.1.37 installed.  I have email functionality but no calendar features.  My setup screen looks the same as soakley75.

Hello,     We've been able to re-create it and there is a ticket in with development.  We'll have to let you know when it has been resolved. - Greg

matlow99, Are you receiving an error message when you click Save & Email? If not what exactly is the sequence of events? Or is this issue with the email that is sent out when you click Save & Email? -Michael

I am curious to know if you found a solution to your problem. If not, I recently had the same problem and fixed it. I am also looking for people who have experience with accessing Method CRM through PHP in order to build a PHP interface to sell to Method CRM.
