I successfuly created and added new fields.  However, I'd like to add another option to my drop down list.  You mentioned that a screen is created where I can do that.  I've gone to edit that screen and have clicked to edit the grid but can't seem to see where I can add additional options.

I appreciate your help.  What you are saying makes sense.  However, I don't know how to link the fields via the entity table.

Sam- It because you made the drop down read only, it doesn't have to be read only. You need to base the drop down off the SalesRep table using the Initial field. -Michael
