I have started to create some email template and I have been using the "insert image" icon to create the email template.
The image being inserted is a jpeg file and I have tried a few different files - I have been using file sizes 11.20 kb with a demension size of 136x157.

The Method application displays the following error when trying to send a test email on 465 with AT&T.
The operation has timed out.

Can you try port 465 with SSL turned on for smtp.att.yahoo.com and see if that works? I just did some searching and it looks like that is the ideal port to use with that provider.

Office 365 requires SSL (actually TSL). AT&T didn't like that port because I believe they use SSL, not TSL. But with AT&T it doesn't seem to matter if it's SSL or not.

@pdirect - does it seem to make a difference of SSL is turned on or off when sending the test message?

I wish it was that easy, but I had already been using port 587 on MS Office 365 and using port 587 with AT&T returns a message that says secure connections are not allowed.

If we take a look at opportunities, here are the steps you would take to attached a document.
Click Opportunities > Opportunities List.
Click Go To... next to any opportunity.
Click the Documents tab ...

i don't even see what your talking about under opportunities ...can you break that down a bit more for me...if i go to customize/tablesfields/customer/edit fields i don't see how that adds a file attachment?

The simplest way to do this at the moment would be to add a File Attachment field to the Customer table, and then drag then add that field to your screen. This would allow you to add one image per customer.
Currently adding files is not supported on mobile.
