Method Community

Greetings, I looked at the Release Notes blog and could not find anything about the new Method Log in screen color? its white now?  Just wonering. Thanks! John M  

Shelley- When you added her as a rep, did you rename the old rep to her name or did you add her as a new rep all together?  For the records that changed to be Kristin was the old rep the same for all those records or different reps? What type of transactions did this affect? -Michael

After we hired a new Sales Person, we learned that over 1400 records changed, with this new person as the assigned rep. Aside from the fact that this person would not be inclined to "steal"clients and replace other rep's names with her name, it would have been impossible for "Kristin" to change 1400 entries during the brief ...

Michael -   Access has been given for Method support.  As I mentioned, it is never all the time that this happens.  Of the 30 contacts added manually since we went live on the system, it happened to 7 of them.   Emily

mlepitt- Is this happening with the standard add contacts screen? Can you enable Method support so I can take a look at this? I would need to create a dummy customer and try adding contacts to it. -Michael

It turns out this issue is more wide spread than I thought.  It is also happening with contacts, where it appears to save, but it doens't actually save the customer so it is a detached contact.  The issue only started appearing 10/21, which is about when I created that custom table.
