I am having this same problem with my method.  The estimate line gride is showing the actual cost even though it is pointing to the rate field and should show the rate.  I do not want employees to see the cost.  However what is odd is when I do a print preview it does not show the cost, rather shows the rate.  Shouldnt the ...

Hi Jim, When adding a drop down field to a table you are only able to select unique fields as the drop down value. RecordID is always a unique value and therefore always shows up as an option. Hi Rolf, You can have up to 5 columns in a section, you can change the number of columns in a section by clicking the numbers along the top of a section(|1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |).
