James, If it hasn't been said enough already **thank you** for being so detailed with these sorts of issues.  It certainly helps us to get you the answers and solutions you need faster.  We try our best to avoid these shorts of issues but it's difficult to test every situation.

To update Jeff, Intuit changed the way that invoices, estimates and customers are returned to Third Party Apps from QBO which is what is causing this issue. Once the issue is resolved I will update this forum post. -Michael

Michael, I can reliably repeat this now.  For any item where I have an attachment, if I change the contents of one of the text fields, for example the Flask Size field, and then hit save, all image attachments are dropped.  I just did this for Item 17-11126 and dropped image 001.jpg.  This is under the latest Firefox, multiple ...
