Hi John, Method does send the Time Tracking times to QB, in Field Services do you have anything listed under the Post To QB tab link? Time Tracking entries do not show up in the QuickBooks Dashboard. -Michael

Does anyone know of any training/webinars on Resolve Conflicts?  I get conflicts to occur, but the descprition on what those are are inadequate.  Would love to know why conflicts are occuring, how they're occuring without any knowledge of them. ex: payments made in 2010 coming up in r/c.  Training or webinars?

Can someone please walk me through the steps for linking customer table fields to the activity screen? i.e. While a sales rep is entering activity info, I want them to be able to see current balance, phone number, lead status, and other Customer fields on the left hand side of the screen.
