Rajni, In QB, when an invoiced is VOIDED, QB is really just doing two things: Changing the Memo field to be "VOID: (plus original memo)". Changing all the qty column values to 0.    You can mimic this in Method with actions. -Michael  

 No luck.  After performing the above steps, I still get the same messages when saving.  I don't have any problems adding as activity from email, just the calendar.
