We are a service business. Our work is done at customer sites. How can we customize certain forms such as estimates, work orders, sales orders and invoices to include customer "Ship to" (what we call "site") addresses, contact names and phone numbers?

John-  This should actually be live, let me know if you still experience this issue. -Michael

John- Currently there is no way to do this but it can be customized to do this. If you do customize this in, I would recommend being very careful you don't want to email invoices to the wrong customers and be sure to take advantage of a new feature in the Generate Report action to make use of Filter Safegard and limit it to 1 ...

Hi John, We have come across this issue and a fix has been put in place that should be pushed out to the live site soon. Once it is, I will update this forum post and let you know. -Michael
