 Joe - This is correct. For example, I set up a dummy Item "Cessna" and then made it inactive. The item Cessna is still showing up in the drop down list. As a result, the item drop down list is very cluttered and confusing. Jacob

Good Afternoon: The drop down item list in the default estimate creator shows all items both active and inactive. Is there a way to only display active items in the drop down list? Thank you for your help - Jacob

Good Afternoon: Is there a way to import the customer transactions/invoices so they appear in the Method? I opened the quickbooks tab, then under transaction history I selected: Maintain for 180 days and Invoice 365 days. Then I synchronized changes only. Nothing seems to have imported though. I've been using Method quite a bit lately trying to figure as much out as I can. In the estimate screen you can set the estimate to be emailed. I don't see how to send it though. Are you supposed to send the estimate in Quickbooks or is there a way to do it in Method?   Thank you - Jacob

Ryan - Thanks for your reply. I wanted to create a different screen and report that used many of the same fields as the EstimateLine table. I haven't been able to figure out how that table grabs the description, item, etc. from QB. So, I was going to copy the table, delete a few fields, and create some new ones.
