is there an easy way to copy a workorder so we can retain the data and then just easily change the date?Is this present, or do I need to build, ? I tried reoccuring dates and making just one reooccurence, but frankly, that is too complex for service techs in the tield.   I see a button in the workorder they are working in that copies the ...

FS mapping and directions insists on using another (now inactive, btw) employee's address for 2 of my employees. It displays my address just fine.   Is there a config that I'm missing? I have the employee's addresses correct in the employee tables, but now i'm wondering if there's a map setup somewhere......  

An 8-6pm workday is a pipedream for us, we need to extend the calendar hours. Can this be done without breaking the updates to the standard calendar screen? Or is there a workaround for updating?  

Safari on Iphone is working for me. 3GS, OS 4.2?  whatever the latest is.

Really? that seems very odd, to have to move from the buttons near the bottom, to an odd alert further up in thne screen. And why is it now happening with high frequency where we had occuring rarely before. ?
