Some info is there, but when we look at transactions for a customer, all of the amounts show zero and we can't "zoom" into the transactions to see more info.

Yes you can login and I enabled your user . . . although you have had problems logging into our account in the past.

I am unable to duplicate this. Can you send me or post a screenshot of what it looks like? Also can you test logging onto your mobile screens using a non-mobile device (from your desktop computer) and let me know if you get the same results.

Since upgrading to the most recent version of Method, the mobile screens are not working correctly. We can see a list of customers, but when we click on a customer, there is not data displayed . . . only lines. It is the same for all of the mobile tabs as well . . . lists, but no details.

Good to hear! One improvement that would be wonderful in future releases is to be able to save advanced searches. For example, one of our reps could save a search for all gold customers in chicago instead of needing to enter this information everytime.
