When clicking on the Add to Method icon in Outlook on a sent mail I get the following message:

The contact record does not appear to be misssing anything critical.
What is the uriString?

Sounds like you want to create a different looking version of the same screen to correspond with each of your machine types. Definitely possible and can be done several ways.
