Hi Steven, For email notification all you really need to do is add a Send Email action to your existing Cases screen. You could add it on the Save and Save & New buttons. I installed Method Outlook Plug-In 2.0 v2.1.40 update (run as Administrator) Win7 64 bit patched to current, Office 2010 SP1 I am getting these errors when starting Outlook and similar when doing various actions I reinstalled serveral times and tried disableing all other add-ins with no improvement.
