Hi David, To be able to use a field as a drop down in a table(Key) it will have to be set as a unique field. If you take a look at the Customer table you can see that Fullname is checked as unique that is why you are able to select from it. RecordID will always show in the list since it is always a unique value. -Michael

Greetings, Is there a way to copy grids and/or objects while making up a new screen? I made up one grid now i need a few more and i dont want to go through all the actions again.  I have a idea i am working on. John M

So yes, to answer your question, the grid and the add new line item button is gone, but I never removed them.

I added the actions into the grid.  But when I did, the whole item section is gone, and there's no place on the actual invoice to input any item information.
