Sometimes when we send email, we get the following error (when sending from Method). Any idea why this is happening and how to prevent it?

There's another batch of conflicts generated today. I'd like to download the table that will help me identify this transaction - however, when I download the Transaction table, there's no field with values remotely resembling "8CBC7-1289252017". Can you guide me to where I can get a resource to help me track down this ...

Thanks for all your help, the update did the trick. I'm now on the bleeding edge of QB and Method releases and plan to stay that way.

Thank you for the response. We specifically do not want the user to have to log in. They will already be logged into our site and we are seeking a method of SSO integration so that the access is seamless. Thoughts on approach? Thanks

HI,
You won't need to use our API to make use of the portal. If the portal is sitting within an Iframe it should have our login screen displayed to get into the portal. You can watch a video on our portals here.

I created a screen based on what you have described and it worked
fine. Do you maybe have other actions that are affecting this? I can take a
look at the screen if you would like but if it is not a bug then the time spent
would be chargable.
