I have 1319 unresolved conflicts, almost all of which are from April 8th or April 18th. Hi Ian, The reason why you got this message is because there were few threads in database, trying to update the same database record at the same time. Hi -I did sign out and close the browser and then sign back in.  I haven't done anything with that screen, so it's not customized.     thanks

 I am able to view the screen but it is not clear how to add entries.  Should I see a button to add entries?  I don't have one.

Hi JKM@SA, If you hover over that screen in the list you should see an option to view the screen. If you view the screen you can add entrys to it which will populate your drop down list. -Michael
