I have republished the screen and I get the same issue. Also when I go into the customer table and click "finish Editing Fields", I get an error message... this error is sent to method

Yes there is a  dropdown sales rep field on the table this grid is based on.. Victoria Shaw  

This problem is still occuring and I'm not sure what's going on, this time it's not even when I sign out and go back, it's as soon as I close out, I can't go back and edit the actions I just created.

Some additonal questions: Is there a SalesRep field on the table the grid is based off? Is it a dropdown?  If not a dropdown, at one point in time (i.e. when the grid as created) was there a SalesRep dropdown and was it removed? -Michael

Hi Jessica, Currently there is no way to do this using the current Method screens but you can customize Method to fit these needs. One example is using Shared Results to store information (such as an assignee) and pass that information to other activities you create. -Michael
