Hey John, Thanks for that extra bit of info. As for the email still being sent it's kind of hard to tell if that is always going to be the case since all Method does is pass it to the SMTP server and it takes over (The error message that you are seeing is direct from the SMTP server). -Michael

Hi pdirect, If you go to QuickBooks  > Synchronize you can set the time in which the Full Sync will be performed. Is QuickBooks open and the sync engine running at the time that is currently set for the full sync? -Michael
