Testing the call at https://www.methodintegration.com/MethodAPI/service.asmx?op=MethodAPIGetScreenURLV4 is returning http://link.methodintegration.com/xxxxx wether I enter link or MIurl in the DomainLinkOrMIurl parameter. I was hoping to have it return MIurl.cc/xxxxx so I can use it in an email and not have it be so long.

It is not working on either the estimate or the invoice screens. It had worked properly for the last 10 months or so. The screens are both customized at this point. I cannot attach a screenshot to this post, where can i email one to?

If I click the share (portal link) button on the view contact screen and the email address for the contact is already setup as a Method user the link does not seem to work. It always goes to the Method sign in screen with the session expired error.

I love that Method automatically sends an email to a user when I assign them an activity. However it also sends a bcc copy to me. Where do I change this? I don't want to get this bcc copy for activities I assign to others.

Thanks for answer, this solution sounds great for me, just one more question , is it possible to customsize the sales order screen and add a button to sent email and automatcally attached sales order pdf file then sent to the customer??

Can you email me your account name, the report causing an issue and turn on MethodSupport for the account? I can take a look at this and let you know what I find.
