I've set up a Web-to-lead form. I spent a while customizing it and tested it out about a dozen times. I received an error email today after a potential customer tried to fill it out the form. I tried to duplicate the form problem myself, but it worked fine.

Can I download or restore the original Method Report Estimate (Custom) from the website, library or through my method account?
I made the mistake of not copying the original before making changes. Now I have messed it up beyond repair.

It seems to work fine for me. Can you try IE? If you go to Control Panel > Regional Settings/Regional and Language Options do you have an Administrative tab, what language is setup there?

If you use one of their APA (Analog Phone Adapters) so you can plug in a standard phone, then it should work. All you would need to do is run a phone line from the APA to your computer's modem. If you just use their softphone, it will not currently work because it doesn't use MS TAPI.
