Hi Jonathan, Can you please tell me what the billable status is for these time entries in Method? You can check by going to Xora Connector>>>Time Tracking and selecting a few of your suspect entries to view the full details.

Bryan, You are correct. If no BCC is entered in the Email template it uses the email of the person logged in as the BCC and that is why you are receiving a copy of the received payment. It was coded this way so that the "Billing Department" can receive notices of when payments are received. -Michael

 I looked at the action set in the Send email button for the receive payment screen. It looks like actions 66 thru 68 are conditional statements checking to see if th BCC is blank and if so it adds the user logged in as the BCC. Maybe this is why I am receiving a copy of the payment received emails. I am correct on this? If so, is there a ...

 Support, Our time entries that we pull from Xora are not being marked as billable once they are pushed to Quickbooks. In the mapping, we do have "Billable" as the status entry for the jobts. Any ideas? Thanks! - Jonathan

How can you do basic math within a grid using columns?

 I'm looking at Method as an ERP for a small Sporting Goods Mfr that I'm consulting for.  Are there other Sptg Gds manufacturers out there that are selling to Sptg Gds Retailers and using Method?   If so, what's your product, and what do you like most about Method?

 Michael, figured it out. I had changed my from field to a name and not and email in the Send Payment Email template. It works now. Bryan
