It would be nice if there was a way to copy something from one screen, such as a default or custom button, and put it into another screen (of course it would have to be edited to fit the destination fields, etc.). Actually, cost in QB is OUR cost we pay to the vendor, NOT the price we charge to the customer.  And it would clarify things a little if you labeled the % column as "Cost is %" and the Markup % column as "Markup is %".
