Is there a way to determine what Method Apps a customer has installed/signed up for using the API? For example if I wanted to determine if a user had Method Field Services installed before allowing an external program that uses the API to continue.

Thank you for your patience. Our developers have resolved this issue, your screens should now be showing all the proper fields. We suggest that you remove the Warehouse app and re-install it to ensure the fields get updated properly.
In order to uninstall Method Warehouse App, go to Customize -> My Account and under My Apps ...

The answer to your question is likely that under the Quickbooks -> Synchronize section you only have the last 31 days selected, which is the default setting.

Hi Alec,
We are working hard on many back-end changes in Method to eventually bring it to a point where it is compatible with those browsers, however that is a long-term process so for the time being, IE and Firefox are the browsers that we support.

Is there any work being done in making Method compatible with Chrome or other webkit browsers like Safari? Considering that it is the most standards compliant browser and has the fastest Javascript engine, I'm curious what the developers only allow Mozilla/IE access.
I would be happy to help perform user testing.

QuickBooks lets you change all the settings that initial screen gives you under Edit -> Preferences -> Integrated Applications.
