Hi Mike,
The reason why this is most likely happening is because by default clicking "Go To" will try to bring up the Invoices screen under Customer Center > Invoices. Since I do not see the Customer Center tab in the video I am assuming the current Role does not have access to the Customer Center tab therefore bringing up a blank ...

As Matt mentioned the cause of this issue is most likely that the role being used does not have access to Customer Center > Customer List. Please let us know if you are still having issues.

A good way to figure out the proper formatting for fields when trying to import data is to first export data from the table you are going to import into. Really? Which browser are you using and which screen/tab are you clicking on? I just tested out logging into your account in FireFox and Internet Explorer 8.0 and it appeared perfectly fine.
Keep in mind that if you're using IE8, you'll need to go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and check the ...

Actually, now all of our Method pages are showing up in tiny 2 inch windows (vertically) and we need to scroll vertically to see the entire window.
