pdirect - good suggestion.  We could start rolling that out into future versions.  However, on critical screens you can do this yourself now.  If you look at Customize > Users, and edit the user setup, you can see that you can assign a QuickBooks employee or vendor to the user name.  Then, if you customize a user ...
