Hello Again! This is probably simple but I haven't figured it out yet... How do I create folders (or views) for my email templates? Similar to the standard ones, but I want to make four seperate folders (or views), for each of our divisions. Thank you Nathan

Sometimes when we send email, we get the following error (when sending from Method).  Any idea why this is happening and how to prevent it? *******ERROR******* Error'Action Sequesnce 31. Error with user authentication: Server says 500 5.5.1 Command unrecognized. "AUTH LOGIN"

Hi Fanni, Take a look at the email templates, head over to: Home > Email Templates. Pull up the template it is using and see where the extra merge/text is to edit. - Mortaza

Please let me know if I have this straight, because I am a bit confused. I am going to use Google Apps Sync because my company currently uses gmail and I want to sync gmail with Method??? Google apps sync will synchronize my gmail with Outlook, which will allow me to synchronize my email with Method???
