Ok-I now have my access and want to specifically add an attachment to an email template through the activities screen so that this will record on my daily activity.
Please let me know the steps that I can take to customize this option for all our method users in this office.

The basic functions of Method are the same across all accounts, and mine is not rounding up. Could you email me your Method account name and enable the MethodSupport user? You can do this by going to Customize > Users and checking the checkbox next to the MethodSupport user.

We celebrated too soon... I was able to change the template for the Estimates in order to display the Sales Rep's FullName, and it worked briefly, but now that part of the template has reverted back to displaying Estimate.SalesRep Instead of FullName. I am making sure to save before closing the report designer, but I cannot get it to ...

Everytime we try to delete a contact's email it keeps coming back. We even deleted it in QBO and it came back again. Replacing works, but why can you not clear the email field?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to email my leads and customers about our products, and attach some PDFs with information on our product.
There doesn't seem to be a button to attach documents to emails in List Builder, and I was wondering if it was possible to do so without going through customization.

Yes we would be sending the information to our fabricator so once they have finalized the product they can be in contact with the customer.

That’s right! The entire message is copied into the Send an Email section of the activity automatically. If you’ve been logging activities with the gadget, you can probably already see this by simply locating one of these activities in Method.
