I recall seeing a list somewhere of what you can do in QuickBooks that cannot be done in Method, but I just can't find it. I know that payroll transactions and credit card payments can't be handled, but what are the other transactions that cannot be done using Method?

OK. Reconfiguring my email worked. Apparently Method doesn't like my Windows Live/Hotmail email account, so I switched to another (Gmail) account and everything worked. Thanks for your help, Amanda!

Thanks for getting back to me on the Filter String Editor, I'll look into it some more and get back to you on the possibility of filtering those 2 conditions.

Hello,
I tried testing this out, by logging onto the default CRM Customer Portal as a Customer and then updating the 'Phone' field under 'My Profile'. The phone number for the Customer was updated in QuickBooks and Method in real time, no problem.

The Job Name field on the Work Order screen is meant to be a short text description of the job. Examples of possible Job Names are 'Service Call' or 'Computer Repair' or 'Tree Trimming' etc. It does not appear on the invoice.
