Laura, If I may add in one final suggestion.  Take advantage of using the MSP forum available exclusively for MSP's.  There are certain perks, details of which were outlined in the webinar I conducted a couple of weeks ago.

Hey Laura, If you look in your screen list, you should see a screen that is named after your dropdown, you should be able to add more items from that screen. Ryan, I can see the list with the values, but simply cannot add a new drop-down value. Is there a way you can view my database for this?
