Our team has looked into this issue and they are not able to reproduce this error, even with the long email address. If you are able to narrow it down to what the root cause was, please post and let us know.

This is an SDK limitation from Intuit. We are able to read the Price Level data in Method, but if you want to update the Price Levels, you must do it in QB.

Further information on this - the crash appears to be triggered whan I open particular Outlook contacts.
A key contact that is causing the crash every time I open the file has a parfticularly long "display name" for her email field

In Quickbooks - the VAT is added as a field as you create the PO
You select the supplier (Vendor) - and this pre-fils with the date, PO Number etc - then you complete an information line:

I created a new screen to allow access/update of the custom price in the price levels for per item levels. I got the screen to pull up the information but when I try to save a record with a changed custom price, I get the following message:
