    &nbsp;Hi Reed, Just want to add to my comments; screens used more often are quicker to load after their initial load, so don&#39;t worry too much if it takes a bit longer when you first log on to Method for the day. Once a screen is opened it stays loaded, so keep Method open and don&#39;t sign out frequently. This combined with IE8 or FireFox ...

    &nbsp;Hello Reed, Welcome to our Forum! Is it when you first load QuickBooks then sign into Method that it is slow? If so, it could be the amount of data coming into Method from QuickBooks that could potentially slow it down while the engine is updating QuickBooks/Method with any new data.     Hi Fran, I tried this on my end by creating a new report using Customer as the master table. In the design on the right-hand side I see &lsquo;dataSet1&rsquo; but can expand this by clicking the &lsquo;+&rsquo; which shows Company and Customer. Can you please verify and see if you have this option? &nbsp; &nbsp;

No, having a 64 bit machines does not mean you require technical support. We have a few 64 bit machines in the office that had no issues. We look forward to helping you.
