When working with report designer, I chose New and the Customer master table only.  When Designer screen opened up, I only saw "dataset" and did not see Customer Table.       This is new behavior as I have been able to see the customer table before.  Pls advise.   Thx Fran

 Hi Karen, We looked into this and it appears as though it is a Microsoft Outlook issue. I could not add a comment to a new activity in Call Center. .  I could not enter anything in the desgin tab, entered in HTML and then lost it when I saved.   what am I missing or is this not working...  It looks like it could be a powerful feature. Fran

 We are new users to Method and we are learning. We have an office in LA and one in Portland OR. My questions is why is the system so painfully slow to load. It is slow here (PDX) and slow in LA. What's  up with that? Thanks

Method_Amanda, any news? It's been a week and no solution has been posted. It seems really odd that I am the first person to try to use Method to create a new job. I would think quite a few of your customers would be trying to do this.
