 Hey Naomi, Currently we do not have any kind of integration with UPS. This may be something we add to Method in the future.

QXpress and Method are two different divisions of the company. In fact you should treat them as two different company’s altogether.   Since you’re using QXpress Online your point of contact should be QXpress and any support provided would be through QXpress not Method (including forums).
