Valbon - I do not fully understand your reply. Do you mean to say that Method will recognize and report the values contained in the Price Level field (since they show up on the pull-down), but it won't apply them in any way?

Hi Lee,
Similar to Invoices the Sales Orders template and other areas in Method are not currently set to handle price levels by default. The price level field is available and can be used in customization to mimic the same results as QuickBooks.

When did you create the template that you're having problems with?
Was it on the same day you tested it out? Or did you create it and go back a few days later and try to use it?

We have the same issue that Steve mentioned over a year ago -- Sales Orders created in Method are not looking up the Customer:Price Level and assigning the correct price to items listed on the Sales Order. I am not sure yet of how this was done. What screen are you on? I imagine that if you go to the Resolve Conflicts section, you will see a message about a conflict involving this record.
Let me know what screen it was and I'll look into how this might have happened.

Ryan I found it. We had a Duplicate RMA record from early last year. I deleted one of them and all is well. What I don't understand is how the duplicate showed up. I wasn't just an RMA with the same number but an exact duplicate of the original with all the same information in everh field. Not sure how that ...
