  • Customize follow up email message

    Is it possible to improve on the contents and appearance of a follow up email message? For example, we&#39;d like to include more info from the customer record - email, city, etc. - to make the email more self-contained, and prevent the recipient from having to log in to get enough detail to act on the follow up.
