I need you to check a setting on your IE 8 browser. Click on Tools - Compatibility View Settings. Make sure that the Method Website is listed on this list. This should allow you to see the full screen. If not please note if this is only on 1 screen or on all the screens.

Within viewing Method Integration (MI) in Internet Explorer 8.0 (32 and 64 bit) I only see the top quarter of the screen. We use FireFox, but there are other variables where we are able to always use it. Is there a solution (in the works) where IE 8.0 will be resolved?

I found that their item list contains more than 50 of similar items zzz-zzz-0010 / zzz-zzz-0020 etc etc a few groups go past 50. I think we're going to re-work their item list to keep it in groups of 50 so their field techs and speedily create the invoices.
