I still experience significant pauses with most actions on most screens.  Are there any browser settings that could help with this?  I don't think it's my connection because I have FIOS.

Recently I created a new customer.  I then created another customer that has the same address.  One is not a job of the other. When I went back to view the customer list, the Full Name that is in bold and is not maintainable, is now preceded with a colon, for both customer listings.
