As long as you have a field on the table for the information your importing, then I don’t see any problems that you would have.
Also make sure those fields exist on the Excel API. As long as you have all that in order, you should be fine.

It appears you've set the ActivityNo to only accept unique values in the PoolServiceLog. All you have to do is make the ActivityNo field in the PoolServiceLog table to not unique.
