In viewing all of the programs in Add/Remove, I discovered another Method program under "O" for Outlook for Method Integration. I have uninstalled this and the old icons are now gone from Outlook.
I will go through the uninstall/reinstall process again and see if this fixes things.

I'm going to add to this thread too.
About a year ago we experienced similar problems with our own QuickBooks database (yes we use QuickBooks and Method to run our company too).

Just another update with this. With the latest version, that should be out later this week, those options for the calendar sync are now hidden when viewing emails. It will only appear when you are in the calendar view. Hopefully that will help to avoid future confusion.

Just did a new installation of desktop. During the sync a message (from windows I think) appears saying device not ready. The device is '\device\harddisks\dr2'. Has anyone else seen this message and what is it trying to say?

We use Method and Quickbooks Online. We are aware that there is no place in QBO to differentiate between active and inactive. All customers (not including leads) whether checked as Active or not should show up in Quickbooks? Is that correct?

Hi Michael, I added another test customer and checked the Waiting for Sync Approval for the sales order and this time it didn't go into Quickbooks. My question now is - where does the approval occur so that it does go into Quickbooks?

New to method and setup the desktop application to sync with QB Enterprise 14. Whenever method is running a sync i can hardly use quickbooks as i get the cursor flashing a bunch. Hard to explain, but also when going through the integration applications in QB preferences there is only the Method Integration Engine and not the listener.

@VLocke - templates don't get synced on a changes-only sync (blame the QuickBooks SDK for not giving us the ability to see if they have a new modified date!).
But they should sync on a full sync. I just tried adding a new template, and modifying the name of an existing template. After a full sync they travelled over nicely.

Method Team,
I am trying to see why a customer is in QBO and is not syncing to Method. The customer is in QBO - it has not been deleted - there are no QuickBooks sync conflicts on this customer and it is not in Method. I cannot determine what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated.
