Yes, I figured that out right before I got your reply! :) Now my next issue - somehow, my Group Header1 and Group Header2 switched places and I can't get them back.  I didn't switch them, and have no idea how they could've switched, but they did.  I'm not getting the option to move them up or down - it's greyed ...

Thanks Ashur, I actually figured out the spacing, what I can't figure out , and is the bigger problem, is why it's repeating the same item row from the line item table, rather then listing each line item that is on the invoice. I have created this template in Report Designer. Thanks! Karen
