No worries Steve. Oh, and just to add, this really is a temporary workaround. Our ongoing re-architecture work will provide a permanent solution so that you don't have to tell your customers to change their browser settings.

the team has resolved the issue - or at least provided a workaround :)
This is a cross browser privacy issue and IE is very strict when allowing cross domain cookies, images and scripts. See - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313558. The workaround for this problem is to add www.methodintegration.com in the allowed ...

I realized it shows all of the customers to each person. But if a rep is only assigned certain customers, is there a way to only show those customers?

To Client:
do you happen to be using Internet Explorer? Are you able to use another browser such as Firefox? Reason being is that I am doing some testing here and I can log into a portal via Firefox, but not IE. The issue is currently being looked at.
