I am not sure how i got confused on that.
I will test this as soon as I figure out why i no longer see customer data when i click a contact to edit. Not sure what I have done.

Hi GroGreen,
It looks like the copy isn't receiving the same security settings as the stock screen. Try changing the security settings of the copy to allow it to be shared both publicly and with guests.

Still no luck. MethodSupport User is enabled if you'd like to have a look.

We did customize by hiding some of the fields, but I don't believe we changed the Name field. I have forwarded this along to my developer to see if she can figure it out. Thanks for the tips!

Hi GroGreen,
I split your post and created a new thread since it was not related to the original post. In the future, please either continue your previous thread or create a new one.
I checked on the ticket for this issue and it should be resolved. Can you test this again and post back with your result?

Hi Gpeak,
Have you done any screen level customization to your web form? The stock web form screen has validation for handling when a customer name is already in the database since the Name field is unique. This validation can be found on the hidden CreateCustomer button's click event.

The Click event for Submit failed to complete.
Message: *Save Warning: The Customer/Employee/Vendor/OtherName could ...
