I have a custom textbox field in the Customer table . It is 8 lines that we input info into. We press enter on the keyboard to dropdown to start a new line in the textbox. The new line saves but when I share the field it looks like all the formating spaces/new lines get lost. Hi Bigshotpromos, What you can do is create two new filters for the grid called open balances and overdue balances in step 3 of the grid wizard. These views will allow you to filter which customers have open or overdue invoices similarly to QuickBooks Desktop.
